Tom speaks on Social Selling and reminds us that it isn’t about teaching your sales teams to use Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Social Selling is a fundamentally different approach, process, and style of prospecting, nurturing, and closing sales. One that emphasises the social over the selling.

His first book, The Invisible Sale, presents his vision of a digitally centric, content powered sales and marketing world, where prospective buyers seek perfect information at the detriment of established brands.
