A Day in the Life of a
Digital Marketing Account Manager

- Working with small-medium business owners to learn about their business and help them generate more leads via SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Analysing digital marketing opportunities for clients and creating innovative strategies.
- Regularly sharing “wins” and “opportunities” with clients.
- Providing a first-class level of care, service, and value to your clients.
- Recommending/upselling additional services to clients which could help them generate even more leads for their business.
- Reviewing clients’ websites to find opportunities for improvements to conversion rates.
- Keyword research and analysis (organic and paid).
- Keeping up to date with latest trends and methodologies to ensure we’re delivering superior results for our clients.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- A super-organised person with a passion for efficiency!
- Enthusiasm for the art of digital marketing.
- A good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and CRO, and a willingness to continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
- Ability to work across several projects at a time.
- Ability to be super-dependable to your teammates and clients.
- Ability to follow existing processes, and assist with developing new processes.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid search tools.
