The Role, in a Nutshell...
We’re looking for someone who loves being “the ultimate organiser” to manage WordPress website projects from start to finish.
This position will be ideal for a person who loves all aspects of the web design/development process, but most importantly loves working with people (teammates and clients) to get the best possible results.
The role will ultimately suit someone who takes pride in being super efficient, and super organised. Working within our Website Production team, this role is primarily as a client facing team member, responsible for the delivery of our website projects built on the WordPress platform.
You’ll be working with an experienced and welcoming team who work together to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A Day in the Life of a
Website Project Manager

- Working with small-medium business owners to learn about their business and hold their hands through the website creation process.
- Managing a suite of WordPress website projects - coordinating the project through the stages of planning, wireframing, copywriting, design; development and launch 🚀
- Working with our team of designers, developers, copywriters, digital marketing specialists, and technical support staff to deliver high quality websites.
- Providing a first-class level of care, service, and value to your clients.
- Working with the production manager to optimise all business processes to ensure efficient workflow throughout the business
- Work with the SEO team to ensure our websites are SEO-Friendly 🙂
- Keeping up to date with latest trends and methodologies to ensure we’re delivering superior results for our clients.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- A positive attitude!
- A “people person” who loves working with clients.
- A super-organised person with a passion for efficiency!
- Experience in analysing a client's business, and developing a successful website plan.
- A good understanding of how websites work, and experience with WordPress.
- Ability to work across several projects at a time.
- Ability to be super-dependable to your teammates and clients.
- Ability to build solid relationships with clients, but also "pushing back" when necessary.
- Ability to follow existing processes, and assist with developing new processes.
- A willingness to learn and keep your knowledge up to date.
