How Do People Use Your Website?

Ever wonder what people actually do on your website? I don't just mean what pages they go to and what links they click on. I'm talking about where their mouse moves, and how far they scroll down the page.

There's a great tool called Clicktale (www.clicktale.com) which does just this. It records each visit to your website, and even creates heat maps so you can see where people are moving their mouse and how much they are scrolling.

The thing I love most about this tool is that it really makes you think about your website from your visitor's perspective. You may find after viewing some visitor recordings that you will have a number of concrete ideas on how to improve your site.

Please contact us if you'd like some assistance with adding this tool to your website.
